This rug is a Kashan Pictorial rug, it was a gift to our client from a Saudi prince. The rug suffered severe damaged when a water heater burst open and covered the rug in rusty, dirty water. The rug was hand cleaned one section at a time but the results were undeniable and it obvious from the photos we were able to save this precious heirloom rug for our client.
