The new owner of this home on the lake was hopeful something could be done with this old terracotta floor. Ziegler’s did a demonstration cleaning on the foyer and he decided quickly it was worth the investment to proceed.
Ziegler’s first stripped the old finish from the floor and cleaned the terracotta tiles. There is a half clean and half unclean picture in gallery. After stripping and cleaning the floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen, the floors were left to dry overnight with small pod fans running to dry the floor completely. The next morning the new finish was applied, the transition was amazing.
