This cat scratched Persian Heriz needed shearing in the worst way. The cat had really raked up the pile, pulling wool fibers out of the body of the rug, the client asked us if there was anything that could be done. The shearer was set to the original height of the pile and moved across the entire rug. That was all that was needed to return this rug to its pre-cat days.
