Ziegler’s received a call from a client and new condo owner. She purchased her condo with a nice Mexican floor. However, the previous owners loved to apply Mop&Glow… over and over and over. This massive buildup of wax, sometimes applied over a dirty floor, quickly discolored into a dark mass over the tiles. Ziegler stripped the old layers of wax down to the original tile and applied a new water-based finish designed for terracotta.
